We rented from MCAR for our L.A. Trip and needless to say, we were very satisfied with our rental! We rented a Mercedes Benz CLA and drove it around L.A. for the weekend. The car was amazing and makes me wish we had one of our own! It was the exact car I wanted, in the color I liked, and we were able to get some great photos. The entire rental experience was great. We did not experience any issues with MCAR. I was worried about all rental agencies in CA after reading so many bad reviews but this company was great!

Overall good experience. Appreciated the before pictures/video. Young renters fee is frustrating, but understandable - your company seemed to be slightly cheaper than competitors.
Except for the fact that I didn't notice before I left the lot that the gas tank was only half full everything else was perfect.
Everything was great. It all was super smooth and no hassle.
