The 30 minute wait at LAX for the rental car shuttle was inexcusable. The rental car facilities were also pretty poor.

overall good
We almost got a lower class car, but when I told them that it's a wrong car, they changed it to the right one super fast.
This was my second rental with mid-rentals as a 28-year renter with enterprise rental cars. I must say the service was better the rates for the car rented are better.
Excellent and cheap rental in LA. No hassles on the process, pick up and drop off is easy and ontime. MCar is going to be my priority here onwards. keep it up!
Love the Mid way and always rent from them. My only complain is the gas is sometime not completely full tank.
