I had a decent experience, however I dropped off the car as instructed and on time, in Beverly Hills and for 2 days I kept getting calls that I hadn't returned the car after I had called and left 4 messages letting them know I had, so it was a bit annoying and last thing I wanted to think about, especially over the holiday.
This is the only rental car agency that I use. The staff are outstanding!!!
