Bit of an inconvenience coming and going around renovations at LAX office. Asked for a small upgrade but was flatly refused. Would have been a great gesture to retain a new customer.

shuttle service back to LAX took forever. 25 minute wait time to get on third bus.
First bus full, waited for second bus then others were loaded before those waiting the longest.
you need a line so first there load buses first

very good experience with Mcar, very helpful and informative. the GPS was handheld and a bit of a pain but great car 2016 Toyota and great service. I will rent from them again.
