Car wasn't what I was expecting, had odd stickers and sticky marks on the outside, but it worked. A great business.

The shuttle return to airport took forever to come. I ended up getting on a Joes shuttle because I needed to get to the airport. That shuttle wasn't very quick leaving either but even so in all the time I waited, the MCAR shuttle never came.
Overall it was a good experience, but shocked by how we waited more than twice the time predicted to be picked up at the airport.
Slow customer turnover at pickup....several in queue in front of me, and every one took far too long to be processed (compared to other car rental agencies I used around the US over the past month)...it appeared to be a system issue, not the staff....there must be a quicker way to process the initial paperwork and get the customer on the road!! Apart from the slow service, everything was great....I will rent from MCAR again. Thank you.
The overall experience with this car rental company was great. The only thing that was a bit confusing was the pick-up. I thought I had requested to be picked up in the rental car at the airport, and I even called the company and was told it was on its way. The employee was referring to the shuttle, but I was asking about the car, so we waited about 30 minutes for someone to pick us up, only to learn when I called back that we needed to take the shuttle. Other than that, it was great.

The wait at the airport was long. We had to call twice for the shuttle to come pick us up. We saw other car companies like entreprise going more often to pick up passengers. The car was not ready when we came either. Too much wait. Other than that, the car and service were good.
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and newness/cleanliness of the vehicle for the price that I paid. I would definitely rent from MCar again!
