I was unfortunate that I had to pay so much for my rental because of my age (21) but otherwise everything went well, the car I had received was making strange noises and when I took it in they replaced the vehicle without any problems and they were very helpful and had apologized for the inconvenience

Great service. Upgrade from full size to people mover was well come as I needed the extra space. Even tough Dodge Journey SXT seriously lacks the power for highways and 4 speed transmission is hopeless at hills.
The car is not really clean when we pick up.
it would be great the renter is not penalized monetarily for returning rental cars to a different pick-up location.
