Great experience
I have rented from Mcar before and I will again. I like the staff and the cars. The only reason it was missing one answer from a perfect score was that I waited a long time for a shuttle on the airport pick up on Thursday night. Other rental car shuttles came by two and three time before the Mcar shuttle came by even once.

Awesome service! Very courteous staff! Convenient shuttle from LAX, I had seen good reviews, but now I know why. I'll use them next time, too.
Is there a way to put in your reservation confirmation the airport shuttle info? The first time I didn't have a clue and after waiting for quite sometime, I called and found out that it was Joes Parking. This last time I watched multiple MCar shuttles pass by not knowing that this was Midway's new shuttle. Since you are going to be under construction it may be helpful.
