The van service needs to be more prompted, I took a hotel van & walk from the hotel to the rental car place cuz the van never showed up . Overall customer service was Fabulous, I enjoy renting cars from Midway/ MCar rental.

Great experience
My experience renting with mCar was great - it was very reasonably priced, and other than having to call to get a shuttle to pick me up, since I waited a while and never saw a shuttle, the entire experience was great - no wait when I was at the rental location, the agent handled everything and explained everything clearly.
Being retired I travel quite a bit, this was by far the best experience I have had! We got picked up within 5 minutes at the airport , we met Angie at the counter who was very knowledgeable and helped us almost as soon as we got there! The whole process from delivery to return was great..I have told others already about my rental experience there and would surely rent again from MCAR !! Thanks for making renting a car VERY EASY!!!!
