The returning process was a little difficult , would've been better if we could've did it the same way we receive the vehicle.
Pick up and drop off are super easy. This was our third rental and we'll continue to use them. Always a pleasure.

First time using this company. Had to wait a bit for shuttle but we were at LAX so was expected and I think there are only a few shuttles available compared to the more well known companies. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The car they reserved had some minor loose part under the front bumper and when I asked for a different car, they were happy to exchange it for me. I would use this company again.

There is no reason to spend more on a rental car is San Diego. Now, all car rental places use the same garage and shuttle so it is just as easy to use a less expensive car rental agency as it is an expensive one. Mcar was great.
Everything worked out really well. The attendant was very efficient and courteous. Best of all she was not annoying trying to sell extra items I would have declined anyway. The check in process went very well also.
We have rented from MCAR 4 time so far and each time they provided excellent and courteous service. Thank you
