Great rent a car
Its a pleasure doing business with your company. Any time of the year when an opportunity renting a car, Midway is our first options.
I frequently travel to the same location throughout the yearv and always return to Mcar downtown LA because I know what to expect from them, consistent top grade servive in all areas.
Had to keep ventilation on "recycle" mode the whole time, otherwise we could smell strong exhaust fumes. Also, we told the bus driver to LAX that we were flying on Frontier and he dropped us at Terminal 2, the wrong terminal. Otherwise, everything was great.
The only problem was the car was washed while we waited. I would have preferred this be done before we got there. We had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes and with kids, this was tough. Otherwise, a great experience!
Car needs to oil change immediately.
I always rent from Midway Express because of the excellent service provided and deals offered. I rent at least once a month and always find the prices more affordable than the competitors rates. After a few months, I discovered MCAR and as a result became a Midway Express customer. I've been a faithful customer for at least 2 years now. Thank you.

I waited for more than 30 minutes for a shuttle. I called twice and they were very helpful, but it caused some problems with getting to a meeting on time. I specifically chose you because I thought that would NOT happen.
