Excellent overall experience. Staff was friendly, and the rental and return procedure was quick and painless. I would rent again from this location
The car we reserved weeks in advance wasn't available due to fleet recall. When we returned car at LAX, the parking gate was broken, and staff was very slow to direct blocked cars to alternate route. Also unapologetic, considering that all of the clients were trying to catch flights. Thought we'd try a smaller rental agency, but big mistake.
This is my second experience with Midway and I couldn't be happier. I will always use this rental company when I travel to Los Angeles.

The staff at MCAR was amazing! The only complaint I have has to do with the owner. As soon as she walked in, she was very rude to her staff. It felt uncomfortable to sit there and listen to her remarks.
