Rental experience was great. Your agent was prompt and efficient. Some of us are ex military and do not have identification cards anymore. It would have been nice to still receive the 15% discount.
Long wait picking up car after checking in, shuttle driver's did not pull to curb making dangerous situation when trying to enter shuttle with luggage.
I been uesd midway for 3 years till now, don't need to change to another company.
