They said they needed to add a quarter tank of gas to the car when I brought it back. Even at a premium there is no way that should have cost almost $60.
The radio kept cutting in and out, the phone charger outlet had a short in it, and the low tire light was on the entire time.
The rates are very competitive for luxury car rentals. Service was good and staff willing to work with customers regarding requests and other options. I'd definitely rent again from them.

Everything is very nice -- best car rental in my limited experience. Shuttle frequency can be improved (maybe not due to traffic and costs?). Rental car had (6 inch by 3 inch) adhesive on all door windows which was a minor cosmetic annoyance. Second time renting from MCar -- but first time through no fault of their own, I was misinformed by Joe's parking attendant that I did not have to return the car with gas -- and ended up paying a lot for going with that advice!

I love midway car rental. This was the first time i was given a car that seemed subpar. It made some mechanical noises that didn't sound good for a car with so few miles.
