When we got into the shuttle van to return to the airport I turned to my husband and said “That was one of the best car rental experiences I have ever had” Everyone was super nice, there was no overselling, the pick up/drop off from LAX could not have been more convenient. We required a minivan for this trip. Midway was $100s of dollars less expensive than their competitors and we were given a beautiful Toyota Sienna. I will definitely seek out Midway in the future.

Your customer service was excellent! I had to make a change and your agent was soooo nice and then when I checked in , I did have to wait a bit but then the agent checked me in quickly. And the man who inspected my car to sign off, put all my seats down in the van for me. A huge help for me , hugely appreciated.
