Line to get car was short (3 people ahead of me) but took about 30 minutes for it to be my turn!!
Signage of where/how to enter lot to return car was insufficient.
Not the greatest rental this time. Had to call to get a shuttle. The customer service rep took video of the car before handing me the keys. Fair enough, but he kept repeating "So you can't argue something was there when you rented it." I'm sorry? This new guy is chiding a repeat customer with a clean record?
Totally, everything was great. The service was great, the car was great. Just a small advice to the representative. When he/she recognizes a different accent from a customer, it means that the customer is a second language speaker. the representative should speak clearer and slower. I will recommend MCAR to my friends and I will choose MCAR when I come back for sure.

The check-in was very smooth. It was great that they're using technology to do the check-in so much smoother with the iPad video for any damage.

I was initially weary about renting from a smaller company, but the lower underage fee and stellar Yelp reviews drew me in. My worries were laid to rest after interacting with the staff, especially Marcus who helped set me up with the car and paperwork. The car was more than I ever expected, a 2016 Camry. It fit my needs perfectly, and my family was very pleased too. We had a wonderful trip that started off amazing with the car. Thank you!
I love MCAR! They are by far the best rental agency on the planet! I always look forward to going to LA just so I can rent a car from them! I hope they have plans to expand nationwide.
