The front desk staff , wasn't helpful and displayed rude behaviorism as evidence by displaying negative body language and tone of voice. My debit slightly broke prior to renting the car, and the front desk staff was questioning me on why I haven't gotten a new one ( it seemed inappropriate as it didn't affect me paying for the rental and it was a personal question .) This is not the first time , she is rude and unhelpful , made my rental experience unpleasant
Overall the service is very nice, specially the attendant and agents.'' We have been doing business with your company for several years.'' Sometimes frustration can develop in regards making rental extension.'' but we follow your policy with guidelines.
15 minute wait for both shuttle and pick-up - service was great - video and pictures of the dings on the car was a great extra
Awesome and easy rental experience. Only downside was the exteneded wait at arrivals for the shuttle

Nice and easy rental process
Our flight was delayed two hours on the tarmack, so we were unable to use our phones. We arrived later than planned because of this ,and MCAR did not leave an after hours packet for us, which left us scrambling at 12am after an exhausting flight to find another rental. We rented with another company after an hour. We will never rent with MCAR again.
Pick up and drop off were quick, easy, and simple - exactly what a car rental should be!
The clerk at the desk at LAX even went out of her way to find our what terminal I would be flying out of.
