This is my first time to rent car in USA. I am very happy everything is fine when I use this car. The car is new and has a good situation on safety. I believe I will rent it again in the future.
Really easy to use. Pleased with rental. $200 deposit should be better advertised but that's not a big issue.

The shuttles were very quick getting me from and to the airport.
Overall process was great, we got a free upgrade, everybody we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Don't travel much but Mcar will be my first choice over my old favorite Enterprise.
The car I received was exactly what I was looking for, and the shuttle took me to and from the airport with zero delay. The staff was kind enough, too.
