Great experience
Everything was good with the rental , good price per day , unlimited miles per day ,and came with a full tank and clean. Just wish the customer service when I call about a rental car , or calling about bringing in the rental a bit late . Wish the would answer in a nice demeanor , and not put me on hold right away.

It was a good experience. When we arrived at the rental place, they had no record of my reservation, therefore they didn't honer that price I had seen only. Although this tiny problem occur, I was really satisfy with the overall experience of rental car.

Very friendly and courteous rental service center. No wait time and no gimmicks. Although I didn't like the dirty baby car seats they provided. I did get them just for safety at first but ended up returning them. They didn't charge the cars seats for the remaining days. One of the agent drove us back to the LAX airport in same vehicle I rented. I had twins and full of luggages. Great services even after car was returned. I had good experience with MCAR. I do recommend this place!
