For renting a car for my first time and being under the age of 25 the rental process went smoothly. I could not have asked for a better experience, thank you.
When I picked up the car I was processed but was given little instructions just told to go to the garage to pick up the car. Also the car was a quarter low then a full tank of gas.
Everything was great!
Joshua Salcedo was very helpful at check out and Ashley Bustos was fast when I returned the car.
Returning the car was a confusing pain in the a$$ because the main driveway was closed and a tiny, obscure sign with detailed directions to a different driveway was poorly displayed .But everything else was great.
Check out was faster this week, the only complaint I've had in the past.
It was an overall great experience. I will be back for future rentals.

My flight was delayed into LAX. I waited 10 minutes at 10:50pm for a shuttle - then called the facility only to get a voice recording. Further investigation found the facility was closed. I was forced to have to rent a car from another agency at almost double the price as a result. I will NEVER use this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone. I think it's completely inconsiderate to not post your hours or alert your customers that you close hours before all the other companies. Awful.
