I strayed away from Midway for a rental and after being treated badly and waiting in long lines to be badgered about insurance and extras it was a real treat to get back to the service that I got from Midway. I wish I could remember her name because she was fast, efficient and treated us great. I will be back and will continue to support Midway at the LAX location. thank you.

I wasn't aware when I reserved the car that try would hold out a second amount of the rental price until you returned the car. Then I have to wait days to get that deposited back into my account.
I called for the pick up the shuttle was there right away. Being old, the driver was nice enough to help us with the luggage. After renting the car, we were very surprised when the lady at the counter left her position and helped us with the luggage to the car, we never met such courteous people at a car rental before. The car was ready, very clean and in good shape. When we returned the car, we received the same courtesy with the luggage. Your staff is really superb and very helpful. Thank you
