It so wonderful staff and company
This is the third time I've rented from Midway, and as always, it was a great experience. My only complaints were that I seemed to be charged $7 more than all the charges put together when I added them up (including the facility charge of $10). Also, my car didn't have windshield wiper fluid. Other than that, no issues
That was the most pleasant and headache-free rental I have ever done. The car was clean and in great condition and everyone involved was super friendly. Straightforward, super affordable and just all-around awesome. Thank you!
Could use more visible signage on 3rd floor in BUR
The cars are fine and the staff very professional and courteous, friendly.
I was quoted $75 less than I was charged.
We have never rented a car didn't know where to start. Staff answered all our questions and one of them even stayed on the phone line with us when giving us directions to the office.
