This car rental firm is a hidden gem. I've used it for the 3 years that I've been coming to LA on a regular basis and wouldn't consider any other company. Long may they continue their excellent operation.

I'm a frequent renter and always rent from Mcar when I got to LA. The pickup and drop off are easier than any of the other rental agency's - and you are the closest to the airport!. I just wish you would bring back the frequent renter program that you used to have of renting 7 times, and get the 8 th for free.
All in all it was good. Unrelated, but I think there are a lot of drivers in LA who act like they are on the Autobahn.
It was my first time renting from MCar and I could not have been happier with my experience. I was serviced in a timely manner with courteous staff. Whatever that was quoted online when I made the car reservation was what I was charged with no extra fees. Shuttle to and from the airport was a huge benefit! I will definitely rent from this company again because of the great experience I had!
