Returning the car was horrible. The garage had a gate in front telling us to go around the block and park at another company's lot. Inside the other lot, we had to get a parking ticket to enter, then drive around in circle to try and find the MCAR return area. When the car was returned, a lady told us to go around the corner to wait for the shuttle. We were uncertain as to where we should wait, then Joes shuttle took us! I will never rent here again Glad we were early or missed our flight
Great experience with the exception of the return being a little unorganized but overall better than MOST rental agencies and I would rent from them again, DEFINITELY!
Everyone was very, very nice. The wait to be picked up from the airport seemed long. The shuttle back to the airport was confusing , as the Joe's Shuttle people wanted me to take theirs, but I didn't know if this would be an additional cost or not, since it was not the Midway Shuttle. It was not clear. A Midway shuttle drove up when I was loaded onto the Joe's shuttle, so I switched my bags to the Midway shuttle. The rental service was excellent, though. Best rental car experience ever.
M-Car service, as always, was superb! But if Joe's Shuttle continues to block the entrance off of Century Blvd., it would be useful for M-Car to add some signage directing returning vehicles both how to use the back entrance, but also how to navigate through the garage to the return lcation. Just a suggestion. Thanks
All good but pick up time should improve and also drop off service
It would have been nice to have someone explain some of the features of the car to me because I spent quite a long time trying to figure things out.

Your shuttle service is horrible. Called twice to be picked up, once when we first got outside and again 20 minutes later. Was told a few minutes each time. Took 30 minutes total. Girl who helped us was clearly bored and not too friendly.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the rental experience! When I received the invoice via email, I saw that I was accidentally charged for fuel even though we had returned the car with more gas than it had when we picked it up. When I called to ask that the invoice be reviewed, a correction/refund was issued immediately, which I appreciated.
