just wait too long when I picked it up. But the car and the people there were great

My only complaint would be the longer than expected wait for the pickup shuttle to arrive. Otherwise, a great experience.
Ive been renting here for years... only recently has the mame changed from midway to Mcar... so well see if theres any changes with time.. but iv always had a goood experience so far

There was a bit of confusion about how to exactly return the car, since the entrance from the main street was closed and signs were barely visible. I wish I had been notified of this.

This was my first time ever renting a car and was very pleased with my experience. It was very straight forward and easy. I am an under aged driver still and they by far gave me the best quote compared to other car rental companies for under aged drivers.
I really had a great over all experience with M Cars. Only thing was the car was new and with out its plates. It was not a big deal but hotel I stayed at was not happy about it and I had a cop ask me about the car at the gas station. FYI so other customers don't have any problems.
