Great car and service will definitely rent again from the company.
We were automatically upgraded to a small SUV from the large size vehicle and the attendant at pick up kind courteous made sure everything was ready and in order before we left. Only one concern when we returned the driveway was blocked off and we were not advised at check in that we would have to go through Joe's entrance to drop off the car.
Awesome experience. The only thing I didn't like is that you can't separate your payment on two cards. I had a minor setback in my end. But it worked out. Quote was honored and we received a free upgrade. Reserved an economy size car and got a midsize Altima. Kudos

Great experience just only the shuttle frequency should be better.
No directions were given for returning the car. Upon arrival at the facility, the entrance I originally entered through was closed and no other signage indicated were to go. For a first time renter this was rather stressful and an obvious oversight by the staff.
