Although the car I was supposed to receive was not available, I was able to upgrade to a larger car for only ~$17 more.
Everything was great, except for pick-up; way too long between shuttle passes.

Gas tank was 3/4 full when picked up. This was noted and they said to bring the car back with the same amount. It's easier to fill the tank. Other than that the experience was great!

It would be useful to have a manual or paper that explains the controls on the car. Some abbreviations or symbols are confusing.
MCar has the best rental car setup at LAX. The only flaw is with the bar code scanner at the exit - it frequently doesn't work, costing us all time that could be better spent.
This was my first Mcar rental and I am so happy that I found this company. What a difference compared to 'the usual' car rental experience. I will definitely be back in the future!
