All is great except time waiting to be picked up, often Joes parking passes on double lane without looking for passengers or aknowkedging in any way
We had a hard time finding the guard stand (4th level) to pick up the car at the Burbank Airport. Overcharged a dollar but it was still the lowest rate available out of all the rental companies. Very satisfied with overall experience and will consider renting again from Midway.
The $500 processed deposit seems excessive and inconvenient. I am awaiting the credit back to my account

The team at Midway Wilshire is great, always exceeding expectations. I have rented from this location on several occasions and am never disappointed. Kannesha from the time of my first rental has always been very friendly and accommodating, a definite asset to Midway/MCar.
Rented from Mcar by LAX.. Close & fast shuttle service from airport. Very easy process. Return was easy also. Read great online reviews and decided to try them. Nice customer service. Will rent from them again, if needed.
