Great service. Clean car. Upgraded. Would use them whenever I am in LA!
The pick up island was very busy at T4. Another man and I were both waving for the driver to stop. The driver slowed, approached the island and then sped off. There is no way the driver did not see either me or the other man. MCar is a fantastic rental company and I will continue to use it but this new shuttle service needs to be ironed out. Just because the island is busy does not mean you ignore your customers, especially when the frequency of the service is at 20 minute intervals.
All said, a great rental. Had a little confusion when entering the door and looking for someone to help me. Returning the car it was hard for me to find the correct lane to enter and after that We stopped and looked around and finally found a small sign that said turn left. Small items that will not affect my future rentals. See You when I back in LA.
The insurance policies were not explained properly. I received the total bill higher that I expected because of the several add ons.

Your web site is very confusing. There is literally no obvious way to rent a car. No, "rent car now button". You have to guess. First try the "specials" tab- nope, that's not where you rent a car. Then you try the next biggest button- the "Specials" tab- nope. Then you try LAX button, since that's where you want to rent a car- nope, can't rent a car there. Try the "home" button- no, no way to rent a car there. "Internet Specials", certainly you're on the internet- nope not there. ???

This place was great. I have rented from this place three times in the past as well and keep coming back! Look forward to my next visit in California and renting from here again.
