The agent didn't give enough explanation on the rental quotation. I don't understand why the rental cost includes unnecessary expenses.
Dropoff was very annoying and complicated. Aside from that, good experience.
wonderful experience
Wait is 15 to 20 minutes for MCar shuttle. Two to 3 Joe's shuttles go by before your shuttle arrives.
Car was probably a 2015....it had 19k miles on it, and it looked and smelled like it. The rates were high (the price was over $100 more than last year), but all the LAX rental rates were high. Nonetheless, the company is excellent, and I will rent from them again.
Worst customer service ever
Employees were courteous and readily available and answered all my questions. The additional charge for under 25 was very reasonable compared to some other companies.
I liked all experience EXCEPT waiting for the airport shuttle (it took 30 min to get it - Saturday morning!)
Customer service and quickness is good.
Very nice service. Drop-off was a little weird at LAX on Sunday night.
