I was unable to pick my vehicle up - as the line was over an hour long - outside the door, down the sidewalk, and around the corner of the building... very frustrating - and was going to be late to an event - we ended up calling an Uber - and never picked up the rental - I would like to be credited for charges made to my credit card. 2 hr wait for the last vehicle.
People actually locked out of the office that had reservations.
1 desk worker. Felt like a 3rd world situation, and that is not an exaggeration.
It is laughable that anyone in that line would ever consider renting from midway again.
I had to take 2 shuttles to get to the rental agency, and then wait an entire hour standing in line to pick up my car. I wasn't informed that the shuttle back to the airport at return didn't run 24 hrs and so it wasn't running for my early morning flight, so I had to take a lyft to the airport then, which was an added cost. The car was great. But everything else was really terrible. I wouldn't recommend them.
When we arrived to the agency, no car was available. First time I see such a thing. I will let other know not to rent from the agency.
Waited in line for 2 hours to pick up the car. Otherwise no issues.
No shuttle from the airport- you are supposed to take a bus to another stop where a shuttle arrives supposedly in 15 minutes. It did in 45 instead, after I called them a couple of times. Then you need ti stand in line to one person to actually get your car - took me another hour. Overall, 2.5 hours after I got off the plane I got into a car, barely made it just before the place closed! The worst car rental experience I ever had. The car is quite expensive - 200+ per night, but rather old

Very courteous staff (I waited 30 minutes in line before reaching window). I got a nice new car. Easy return with prompt shuttle to the airport. I recommend Midway. They treat you right!
