I rent from Midway all the time and normally am very happy with the cars. This time I disliked the car very much, quite a few things did not work.
Car was not immediately available, but staff was friendly and provided us with a different car quickly.

The service was excellent, and the entire process went smoothly. The staff were very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had, and were very professional. The vehicle I requested was available, and I was in contact with a member of staff who made sure all of my requests were made. The prices were unbeatable and with the competitively low prices, I would definitely recommend this car rental agency to family and friends.
Pleasant and knowledgable staff, nice new clean car and easy to find location. We will definately rent from them again.

I was very pleasantly surprised by both the counter staff and the staff in the car pick up area. They help me put my very heavy suitcases in the car without me even asking. The only complaint was that the return was a little delayed. No one seemed to be manning the return lane and it take a couple of minutes for someone to come over. When he did, everything was handled professionally.
