Even with a resv,this location never has any cars and I have to either take a bigger gas guzzler or go to the airport rental center
I use Midway car rental since 2009, great service and value and helpful staff.
Great experience with pick up and drop off locations. Did waited a while at the pick up locations in a dark garage.
I could not believed I was being offered a car with no gas in it. I had to wait 15 min. while it was filled. The agent did reduce the rental cost by 5% which was nice.
The shuttle service will improve
Everything about our experience with MCar exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful and the vehicle itself was immaculate, but the price was the best part of all of it. MCar offers among the lowest rates I've seen, but delivers incredible service that far exceeds the other companies in their price bracket.
Midway is the best!
The shuttle bus did not stop and wait for customers to arrive at stop. Had to call for bus to come
