It was a pleasant experience car was in Gud condition and staff were gud too
The price was good and my wait times were good. The car was good except it had stains on the passenger seat. My main concern was that when I returned the car, the staff person was friendly but gave me a receipt for a price that was more than double my rate. It was fortunate that I still had the paperwork showing the rate when I checked out the car. He apologized and then gave me a correct receipt but it made me concerned.
Expected a Toyota corolla or similar and received a Nissan Versa that was visually unappealing in my opinion. However, the car was well maintained and drove well.
Great friendly service, they respected the rate we reserved online, the car was new and in perfect shape; overall we had a great experience, will certainly be our new to-go place from now on!
You guys SUCK you closed at 11 o'clock an my plane landed at 12 o'clock why when we rented car nobody said we close at 11. Enterprise was open and gave me a Suva for cheaper then your rate by 8 dollars a day
