It took a little longer than expected to be picked up
When we dropped off the car I mentioned that my wife had trouble walking and asked how far the shuttle was-this was a late night drop off. Was told to have her stay in the car and a driver would take us to the terminal. That's service with a capital "S"! Thanks for taking such good care of us.
Everything was ok and the car was really great: clean and almost new!! The staff was very helpful too. Great experience!
Car did not come with a full tank of gas. No hub caps on the car. Dog hair in back seat area. Seats very uncomfortable (wish I would have gotten Corolla and not Sentra). I will think twice before renting from the Santa Monica location. When I returned the car I was never asked about my experience.
Midway is the best! I always chose it when in LA.
Pick up and return was easy and fast. I enjoyed the car and happy with what I paid
