Angie is always pleasant and I have never had a bad experience. This is my rental company of choice at LAX.
Great pricing and easy pick up. Really can't beat the price for the quality of the car. Plus, the location is very close to LAX. The only criticisms I would have are that I had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes while they got my car ready, and then when I returned the car I had to wait about 15 minutes for the shuttle to go back to the airport. But overall great experience and value with MCar.

Great value
One of the most painless, efficient rental car experiences I've ever had. My only (minor) quibble is that initial pickup from the airport could've been better, but that's more so a problem of the airport traffic patterns than MCar's.
I wish you could have weekend rates like enterprise.
It was not clear what shuttle we needed to take (MCar rather than Midway), information we found out from another shuttle company driver. We had been traveling abroad for a year and did not have access to our email and though there was WiFi at the agency, we were told it was not for customers and were directed to try the WiFi at the nearby Subway. After purchasing a sandwich at Subway, we were informed they had the same policy. Providing WiFi for customers should be compulsory.
Great experience. On website didn't realize insurance would be added however overall good experience.
