The rental process was smooth and easy, but the car they had for us had engine issues so they gave us another of the same car in a different color that had quite a few scratches and interior issues. My biggest issue with the vehicle was that I could not connect my phone via usb or Bluetooth for my gps or calling. It made it extremely difficult to maneuver around a new state. Also the deposit of $200 was not mentioned to me until I arrived. I received my deposit back it was just a shock at first.
It was a good experience. Staff were courteous. Have taken from here before and would definitely not mind taking from here again.
The process went smoothly and the staff was friendly. I waited 15-20 minutes for the shuttle to and from the airport, which was my only complaint.
