The available vehicle had many exterior scratches. This caused a small amount of confusion when the receiving attendant was trying to interpret the Vehicle Inspection Form upon return. I'm glad a senior agent was available to sort out the damage that was present before I rented the vehicle.
Very good rental experience.
The overall experience was very good. The one thing that could be improved is the length of time it took to process my rental and get me into the car. Since I had made a reservation in advance, it should not take long to 'ring it up' once I arrive at the rental car location.
Location was a bit tough to find.

I was quoted a rate of $71 for three days. By the time it was done I paid over $200. The argument wasn't worth is since in the end it was my company who will pay, but I'd be more forceful if it was me. The shuttle back to the airport never came (I waited 30 minutes) so I grabbed the Joes parking shuttle instead.
I like this company. Have rented with them several times over the years. This time however the car reeked of air freshener. And when that wore off it reeked of cigarette smoke. The car should be removed from the fleet. In addition the rate they originally put on the invoice when I registered was above the rate quoted online. However when the supervisor was contacted by happily change the rate to what was quoted.
