Time from curbside at airport to driving away was unacceptable 90 minutes: just missed one shuttle and next shuttle took 50 mins despite repeated calls. 11 or 12 hertz busses passed in the same time. Even so, car was not ready at pickup and I had a further long wait. Staff were kind enough to take one day off rental but it was still a major inconvenience, I ended up in heavier traffic and I was late to my meeting.

MCAR provided a very smooth rental car experience and I would definitely recommend them/use them again.
All good except there was only one person working the rental desk. Lots of other people around the office doing other things but no one stepped up to help. I realize that the others may not be desk agents but it's mildly off putting to see other employees nonchalantly walking around the office studiously ignoring the fact that there's a line of customers waiting to be helped. The shuttle driver was awesome - went above and beyond, without being asked. He made up for the office people.

Didnt like The versa hatchback
The pick up bus doesn't say midway-how are we supposed to know which bus to look for at lax?
The driver car seat didn't move-got stuck and couldn't adjust
Fast, professional and efficient. All in all I'm a satisfied customer that will not hesitate to rent with your company again.
