Our only complaint was an hour wait for the shuttle from the airport to MCar. We saw a bus turn only a block away from us after we had already waited in the cold for 25 minutes. It was frustrating because we saw the other rental company buses,including Joe's, pass by multiple times. Finally after three calls and an hour wait did a bus come to pick us up. Other than the long wait for the shuttle we were very pleased with our experience.
