Already scheduled my next rental.
Staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the type of car we had reserved was not available. The only vehicle they had available was a minivan and my husband was not thrilled about driving a minivan.
Very nice made me feel like a why a human being and not just someone who was just there in a line waiting for service.

I always rent from Midway bc its AMAZING and I LOVE LOVE the new shuttle. So chic.
The shuttle van at the airport has taken over 25 minutes the last two times I have rented.
Pick up time less than satisfactory on at least 2 occasions, but otherwise all great with this car company
