Better instructions on where the shuttle would stop at the Terminal would be beneficial. But overall, an easy and convenient service, thanks!

I would have been happier to be picked up quicker. About 4 buses from Hertz passed us before I ultimately called for pick up. Then the car I selected a Mercedes couple wasn't available so I got a sedan with a large deposit of 1200 which was not specified when I reserved
Was not aware that shuttle service was provided by Joes or else my wait time could have been reduced.

An Economy car wasn't available, so we were upgraded to a mid-size, which was quite nice, but overkill, especially for the volume we drove. But it was at no charge, and everything else was perfect and hassle-free.
