I walk to the location from the airport, I do not use shuttle service. I love the convenience of renting from you guys and the staff is always so nice!

This was my first time renting a car and I was a little nervous, especially only being 23 I was afraid of secret fees all of a sudden appearing. Everyone was extremely helpful and quick, the car was wonderful, and I would definitely rent from this company again. Thanks!
The agency did not have the car or equivalent that I rented. When I was dissatisfied they suggested an upgrade, but did not have the next level of car either. They had to upgrade me to a full size car and charged me 9.00 per day extra. I would not rent from them again.
