I wanted a compact car. They didn't have one, so they put me in an intermediate size vehicle. I did not feel comfortable in a larger sized car. I was upset that the car I requested was not held for me. The agent was kind and considerate; I'm hoping next time I rent, I will call in the morning and hopefully they will be able to hold the car I reserved.

Everything was great, the only issue I had was with the child seat I was offered- it was really dirty and didn't feel safe. Since my toddler is tall I opted for a booster instead but I should have had the option of a clean toddler seat instead. People travelling with kids rely on these types of items to be available and in good order. Hope the feedback is helpful. Thanks!
Everything was excellent except that when I arrived at 6:30 am, I discovered they did not open until 7. When they did open, the staff did an excellent job helping me to drop my car quickly.
But there was no shuttle bus available, and scores were already waiting. By the time a bus came, there were three bus loads of customers waiting. The first busload finally left for the airport at 8:00---an unacceptable 45 minute plus delay. Fortunately, I made my flight, but many others did not.
