From start to finish, our experience was great! Easy booking, great communication, excellent customer service.
We were disappointed I thought was going to be $165 and ended up being over $300.

Everything was smooth, and no surprises with the rate. I was charged exactly what I was quoted, which is a problem with rental companies more often than not. No pushing to get an extra insurance, or a more expensive car. The pick up took a little long, but it seemed to be an honest confusion with the terminal. The staff called me to find where I was. The staff was very friendly.

This is my second time renting a car with Midway Car Rental and I have been pleasantly surprised by their consistency with great customer service mainly their promptness and professionalism. It doesn't hurt that your agents in the office and at the garage at are very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely rent here again!
