Vehicle was not available by the time I approached the counter. Had to wait about 30 minutes, other than that my experience was satisfactory.

Great rental car company. New Sentra was a very nice option for the money. Shuttles were a little confusing. Otherwise great experience.

In general everything was great. We did have to wait while a car was washed for us to use. It was completely wet and the rental agent had to get a chamois to clear the side windows and mirrors. It also made it difficult to check the car for any scratches or dents since water was all over the car.

The walk to the agency from the terminal is rather long.
