A comment on when to return the vehicle at some point would have been helpful. Note: I am sure this was included in the paperwork given to me, but this type of information, I feel, is most helpful when told upfront that way I do not have to think about it later.
Great rental for a great price!
Everything was fine except for the fact that when I was trying to leave the garage an employee brought someone else's car up and parked it right in front of me so that I could not leave. I was stuck there for 15 minutes.
The car trunk stopped locking on the day we were to return it. It happened about 2:00 and we had a lot planned. I called the rental counter and spoke with the manager. She tried to help but nothing worked. Her only suggestion was to tie the trunk with a rope. Seriously? Not having our valuables secure made our last day difficult and worrisome. I hope it doesn't happen again. I told the attendant upon return but he didn't have anything to say. I hope this was a one off.
