Love renting here, will continue to do so. Had a shuttle driver slow down and then drive away as I was waving to them, which is the only reason for the low rating on that aspect.
Price was right, it was easy too. Even easier would be if I could just go directly to the car without dealing with any people.
First time renting from MCar and I loved the experience. Friendly staff, great service, and honest business practices. World of difference from the big rental companies I used to rent from. Can't wait to try their service again.

Make sure to clean rentals thoroughly before handing it off to customers. I sat on raisin and peanuts...did not stain or leave marks on my clothes, thank goodness.

MCar has just started their own shuttle service, and we ended up waiting 25 minutes before we were finally picked up. We were told the shuttle runs every 10-15 minutes and no need to call. Next time we will call as soon as we are ready so the shuttle driver knows we are waiting to be picked up. Otherwise, everything was perfect! This is the only car rental company we will use in LA.
