This was my third time renting with MCAR from the DTLA location, I lived closer to other MCAR locations but I chose to take a longer trip to this location because of the after hours and especially the amazing staff there. They always do their best to take care of me and make a genuine connection. Every time I make a trip to LA, I only will visit this location and I'm always recommending this company to friends visiting. Thanks for everything!
I was disappointed that I waited 40 minutes for a shuttle and when it didn't arrive I ended up walking to the office on Century Blvd. I also never saw the shuttle while walking to the office
