I have used Midway for years and will continue. Service and price are very good and the new shuttle service relationship with Joes is a big improvement.
Excellent rental experience
Counter staff was courteous and checkout was efficient. Car drop off was very easy. Will always use Midway when flying into LAX.
Great price and car. Location was good also. Not as fast as Avis or Budget since I have their 'fast pass' services but I'd choose Mcar again because of the value and attitude.
Vehicle was brand new. Staff was friendly. Shuttle bus to and from airport was quick. Overall a very good

Every staff member was very nice and knowledgeable. Checking in one staff member when out of his way to provide a marked map to help us get to our first main street, LaCienega.
Santa Monica staff is always terrific.
I usually rent at LAX, but rented this car in Santa Monica. I received a personal call and email to insure that I had not made a mistake. This kind of personal service makes MCar stand out. I also received a nice upgrade.
