Too long a wait for the shuttle at the airport!
Too long a wait (about 25 min) for 3 people in front of me at the rental facility
This was the worst experience I've had here. The attitude of the person who gave me my contract was not pleasant, and it took way too long to get my car, especially since I was the only customer.
I did have to wait a bit longer than usual when I returned my car to the Burbank airport. It appears that this M-Car site is a tad understaffed relative to LAX and San Diego. Other than that, you guys rock as always.
This was the first time I have rented from MCar and I will rent from them as often as possible. The best experience I have ever had getting a rental car. No high pressure sales tactics on insurance. Fast, courteous service.

My car was not ready when I got there. I had to wait for an hour to get the car. The car was not driving satisfactorily. It seemed as if the years were pulling. My weekly rate was not honored and I was charged $345 for just 7 days for a Corolla that had mechanical issues!
The first lady who helped me out at the LAX location was not very friendly. Everyone else I dealt with was great though.
It was great quick and affordable prices.
Just one small thing - It would be great if the license plate number is put on the key chain, because each hotel asks that while checking in.
